Social Distancing Statement COVID-19
While we’re all going through this strange period of uncertainty, needing to be mindful of social distancing and staying home, I am not able to offer face to face counselling at the moment. Fortunately we have amazing resources available to us and so I am able to offer either online counselling sessions via Skype or telephone. Please don’t feel that you have to put off seeking some help because of current restrictions, in fact, this might be the very time when you think you need it the most. You can still find support here to navigate a way through. I look forward to hearing from you.
Even though you’re doing your best to manage your difficulties and problems, does it feel as if nothing is changing or getting better?
Do you feel as though you’re caught in a cycle that just seems to repeat itself over and over again?
Do you find that the things that you used to do to help yourself don’t seem to work anymore?
By being able to share some of these things with someone who is trained to listen and help you to develop fresh ideas, you may be able to come up with more creative ways of behaving, responding, getting your needs met and also to understanding yourself a little better.
By choosing another way, a road less travelled, you may find that is what makes the difference for you. Unless you take a look, you’ll never know.
